At LS Carlson Law, Casie works closely with attorneys, paralegals, client services, retention, and administrative teams to help address billing questions, process payments, coordinate payment plans, and support the firm's internal billing operations. Her work plays an important role in creating a smoother client experience for homeowners navigating stressful HOA disputes, ensuring that billing matters are handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
