My meeting with Chris Q was very nice. He was patient with me. Chris went over my options. I felt that he will be able to help me with my HOA and get the necessary repairs to my condo.
Chris Xouleis, Esq.
Senior AssociateChris Xouleis understands that when you're dealing with an HOA that won't listen, you need an attorney who will.
Since joining LS Carlson Law in 2019, Chris has focused on representing homeowners in real estate and business disputes—including the kind of drawn-out, frustrating conflicts that arise when HOA boards overreach, selectively enforce rules, or simply refuse to act reasonably. He handles cases at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages, which means he knows when a firm letter can shift the dynamic and when it's time to take things further.
Chris's background in psychology from UCLA gives him a useful lens for understanding how HOA boards operate—and why disputes so often escalate the way they do. Before joining the firm, he worked as a corporate attorney representing one of the nation's largest healthcare companies, an experience that taught him how to navigate complex organizations and bureaucratic resistance. That perspective now works in favor of the homeowners he represents.
A Southern California native, Chris grew up in Palm Desert and returned to the Coachella Valley, where he lives with his wife, son, and three dogs. He's deeply familiar with the region and genuinely invested in helping his neighbors protect their rights.
