I spoke with David Lehr for a strategy call regarding our condominium in Florida. I sent him voluminous amounts of information prior to our call. He explained the obligations of the condo association and my rights under Florida law as an owner. He answered all of my questions and methodically explained how to go about getting information and submitting a request for records inspection. One always takes risk when relying on the internet for assistance but this was a time when the internet provided a firm and a lawyer that was a benefit.
