Justin Walley is a partner at LS Carlson Law and focuses his practice on complex litigation, real estate matters, and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) disputes. He also worked for one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure companies in the country, where he regularly interacted with local governments to facilitate real property acquisitions, resolve encroachment disputes, and remedy contractual issues. This experience informs his ability to navigate regulatory complexity and layered property disputes commonly encountered in HOA and real estate matters.
