Natalie Lombardi

Natalie Lombardi is a Paralegal and Administrative Assistant at LS Carlson Law, where she supports the firm's attorneys and helps homeowners navigate complex HOA disputes. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Natalie plays an important role in supporting the firm's day-to-day operations and client experience.

Before joining LS Carlson Law, Natalie worked as a Legal Intake Specialist for a Social Security Disability law firm and as a Document Control Coordinator for a Military Moving Company, experiences that strengthened her communication skills, professionalism, and ability to manage detailed documentation in fast-paced environments.

Natalie earned her Associate of Arts degree in Political Science from Hillsborough Community College and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminology from the University of South Florida. She also completed a Paralegal Studies Certificate Program through LSU Continuing Education and earned a Legal Technology Certificate through the National Society for Legal Technology.

Natalie enjoys being part of a positive and collaborative team environment and appreciates the opportunity to continually grow within her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, reading, exploring nature with her four dogs, and volunteering social media support for a local animal shelter.
