Tima Heilani

When you’re in the middle of a fight with your HOA, the hardest part is often just figuring out where to start. Tima Heilani is frequently the person who helps you take that first step. As a Client Services Specialist at LS Carlson Law, she’s there when you first reach out—listening to what’s going on, gathering the details that matter, and connecting you with an attorney who’s well-suited to your situation.

Before joining the firm, Tima worked as a case manager at a personal injury law firm, where she guided clients through everything from intake to settlement—insurance correspondence, client communication, medical records, and the countless details that keep a case moving. That work has made her deeply familiar with what it’s like to walk someone through a stressful legal process, and how much a calm, informed guide can matter when you’re feeling overwhelmed. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, which shows in the way she listens and meets people where they are.

What she finds most rewarding is the moment a client goes from anxious to reassured, knowing she played an active part in getting them closer to the help they need. Outside of work, you’ll find her baking for family gatherings and getting competitive on the pickleball courts or at the beach.
