Trinetta Fisher, Esq.

Trinetta D. Fisher is a Florida-licensed attorney who has spent more than two decades advocating for clients in personal injury litigation, property damage claims, and regulatory matters. Grounded in civil procedure and trial practice, she is equally at home resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution — a skill set that has made her a trusted advocate in breach of contract matters as well.

As a Senior Associate at the Florida office of LS Carlson Law, Ms. Fisher is focused on defending homeowners in Homeowners’ Association (HOA) and Condominium Association (COA) disputes. Ms. Fisher is committed to holding these associations accountable and ensuring that homeowners’ rights are protected and their interests fairly represented.

Ms. Fisher earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Library and Information Studies and English Literature, with honors, from Florida State University, where she competed for four years on the track and field team. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
